1 shot Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 shot Gomme Syrup
Soda water

Method

• Shake first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass
• Top with soda water
• Stir and garnish with straws and a lemon wheel

The collins refers to a style of drink. Most popularly known for the Tom collins, but there are many variations.
